NY Pie is looking for a Pizzeria Restaurant Manager! 

We offer competitive pay at $20-$26 per hour. Pay is dependent upon skills and experience. This is a Full-time position.

NY Pie is a fun, family-style pizzeria with four Nashville area locations. We are looking for people with a Wild Hospitality mindset to add to our team! We offer the best New York style pizza in Nashville in a warm and friendly environment. We are proud to offer extraordinary customer service and are seeking people who can do the same. Description:
Oversees daily operations, staff performance, customer service, and financial goals to ensure a profitable and high-quality dining experience. Key duties include hiring, training, scheduling staff, inventory management, ensuring health compliance, and resolving guest issues. Blend leadership with operational efficiency to enhance profitability 

Core Responsibilities:
  • Operational Leadership: Manage daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high quality of production, productivity, and customer service standards. 
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate staff performance while fostering a positive work culture. 
  • Customer Service: Maintain positive guest experiences by interacting with customers and handling complaints professionally. 
  • Financial Performance: Control operational costs, minimize waste, and meet financial targets through budgeting and revenue management. 
  • Compliance & Safety: Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including alcohol service policies. 
  • Inventory Control: Organize, order, and track restaurant supplies and inventory. 
  • Marketing & Growth: Support marketing efforts and local community engagement to enhance the restaurant's image 

Required Skills & Qualifications:` 
  • Experience: Proven work experience as a restaurant manager, assistant manager, or in a similar role. 
  • Leadership: Strong team management, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in restaurant management software (e.g., POS systems, scheduling software). 
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of food and beverage trends, food safety practices, and budget management. 
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays, and to work on feet for long periods. 
  • Certifications: Must possess or be willing/able to secure proper service certification from the state (restrictions apply).
