NY Pie is looking for ALL POSITIONS for our Franklin location! 

We offer competitive pay at $16-$24 per hour including tips (based on experience; potential to earn more if you learn multiple roles). Pay is dependent upon skills and experience. These positions offer a flexible full or part-time schedule.

Responsibilities are dependent upon the position:
FOH Cashiers- The main duty of the Front of House position is to provide great customer service and ensure a positive and clean dining environment. At a high level, this includes answering phones and entering orders into the POS and collecting payment, preparing salads and desserts and performing various cleaning and restocking duties.

Pizza Makers- Prepares, assembles, and bakes pizzas according to recipes, working in fast-paced kitchens. Responsibilities include preparing dough and toppings, operating ovens, maintaining sanitation standards, and providing customer service. Key skills required are speed, accuracy, food safety knowledge, and teamwork.

Line Cooks (Ovens/Expo)- Responsible for preparing, seasoning, and cooking food items in various stations according to restaurant specifications, ensuring high-quality dishes are produced efficiently in a fast-paced environment. They maintain station cleanliness, manage inventory, and uphold safety regulations, acting as a crucial part of the kitchen team.

Acts as the vital link between the kitchen (back of house) and service staff (front of house), ensuring food is prepared correctly, garnished properly, and delivered to guests promptly. They manage the "pass" (plating area), communicate orders to chefs, and coordinate with servers to keep kitchen flow efficient.

Prep Cooks- Prepares ingredients and sets up workstations, ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently during service. Key duties include washing, chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients, following recipes for sauces or dressings, and maintaining strict sanitation standards. Stock inventory and assist with cleaning, working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Dishwashers- Ensures a steady supply of clean dishes, utensils, and cookware, while maintaining a hygienic kitchen environment. Key duties include operating commercial dish machines, handwashing large pots and pans, sanitizing food service areas, disposing of trash/recycling, and supporting kitchen staff with cleaning or basic food prep during busy periods.
